Has anyone ever noticed that Chipotle restaurants feature some of the fastest credit- and debit-card transactions? Seriously—no sooner has my card been swiped than the receipt is spitting out at me.
This has been true at every Chipotle I've ever visited (which, admittedly, isn't that many—like, three or four.) Every store must have a dedicated T1 line feeding their fulfillment system. It's quite nice. (Oh, First Watch, when will you follow your neighbor's lead?)
So, Chipotle IT administrators, good on ya! Way to support the company's brand and further the mission.
